Finally found the right adapter to connect my fuel line to the factory hard line, and the inverted flare threads sealed perfectly on the first try. No leaks at all after tightening it down.

This fitting threaded on smoothly and the 6AN male flare seated perfectly against the inverted flare without any leaks. Exactly what I needed for my fuel line connection.

Swapped out the stock fitting on my fuel rail and this 6AN-to-11/16" piece seated cleanly without any cross-threading, which is the usual headache with inverted flares. The machining on the threads is smooth and the hex flats give good wrench grip, so it torqued down without rounding. No leaks on th
