1/8インチ NPT メス 溶接用 アルミニウム フィッティング

I needed a clean way to add a drain port to my turbo manifold, and the threads on this fitting cut perfectly into the aluminum. The weld-on base is thick enough to hold a good bead without warping thin material.

Welded this onto my intake manifold for a boost reference line and the aluminum is plenty thick to hold up to the heat. The threads were clean and the fitting seated perfectly with a little sealant.

Tapped it onto my custom fuel cell and the threads cut clean with no binding. The weld bead flowed nicely into the aluminum body without any porosity.
