10AN Aluminum Weld On Fitting

The threads are clean and the aluminum feels solid, no burrs. Welding it on was straightforward, and so far it holds pressure perfectly. Just what I needed for this custom line.

The machined threads on this 10AN male flare are clean and precise, so it seated perfectly against my fitting without any binding. Welded it onto my oil return can and the aluminum took the heat well, solid connection overall.

The weld bead flowed really nicely into the aluminum, and the male flare sealing surface was perfectly machined. Fit my 10AN hose with zero fuss.
