6AN Stainless Steel Weld On Fitting

Welded this onto my custom fuel rail and the stainless took the heat from my TIG torch without warping a bit. The male flare seated perfectly against the -6AN hose end, no leaks on the first pressure test. Exactly what I needed for a clean, permanent setup.

Put this on my fuel cell outlet for a custom fuel system. The stainless steel is beefy and the weld penetrated nicely without any warping. Fits the -6AN hose perfectly with no leaks.

The stainless steel feels really solid, and the weld-on design made my custom fuel line setup much cleaner than using hose barbs. It’s a nice tight fit with the -6AN line, no leaks at all so far.
